This playzone is great for my 9 month old. The walls are sturdy and provide good leverage for her to stand up against. We bought 2 sets so that she has plenty of room, and we only use 6 of the 8 sides. On the downside, the gate door is a hassle to lock and unlock, but not a deal breaker since we can step over it pretty easily. We also have the playzone sitting over puzzle pieces and the walls slide around some. Overall, this was a fantastic purchase for our daughter to be able to roam safely.

I didn't see a lot of options so I bought this. So far, it does the job, but think this product's quality is not good enough to stand against my son pretty soon. But I would never buy this product again or anything from this company because their customer service was awful!

Pros
+ fun looking vs. doggie pen style
+ fun wall play panel

Cons
- Customer service was AWFUL!! They were very unprofessional when I called about the rotary phone not working (doesn't make clicking noises). They give me a long roundabout about how they can't help me and I need to go to vendor.
- I combined 2 sets instead of buying extensions. The yellow wall connector pieces weren't met to expand to so big of a size so the connectors slots get a bit extended. They also bulge out easily when pushed, straining the connectors even more.
- The suction cups for hardfloors didn't work at all on my tile
- Very light so easy to pull up on connecting pieces - the slots don't push in very securely. I have no doubt my son will figure that out soon. He also already tries to climb on objects to climb over wall already at 8 months.

As with all amazon purchases i read many reviews, this is a superb buy, not only is it the easiest playpen/yard to put together (seconds, i take mine apart and put together all day depending on what i need to use it for). The wall with music buttons and activities is a huge plus, i didn't even buy it for that, but my son at first would kick it with his feet whilst lying on his back, then started with hands and kneeling up, it keeps him entertained for ages (tip, stock up on batteries!). A really important plus was that the bars are vertical helping your child to grab and pull up to standing. The panels and corners slot into each other and there is a door which can be locked. I use mine for play time whilst i'm in and out of the room and then when i'm in the room i open it up and it forms a wall between the dining room and the living room. My advise is don't purchase the extension pack until you have tried it for quite a while as it is so diverse and a good large space already.
